In a shocking incident three members of same family were killed in a road accident on Jammu Srinagar national highway at Awantipora on Wednesday morning, while they were returning home from Jammu city.
Official reports confirmed to GNS that a private vehicle of a Sopore family in which they were traveling were hit with a speedy truck at Awantipora resulting on spot death of three family members including Husband, wife and son while another minor son received serious injuries and was rushed to local hospital for advance treatment.
Meanwhile relatives identified deceased as Ghulam Nabi Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad Dar, his wife Jawharia Begum, his minor son Nasir Ahmed Dar, and the injured son identified as Yasir Ahmed. Police in this regard has registered a case. When filed this report bodies of deceased yet to reach Home.
